Let’s take a look at a real-world client example. Rappid built a low-code workflow application that involves team members assigning daily tasks to themselves. On day two of the application being live, the team manager reached out to Rappid because there were no unassigned tasks being displayed on the task dashboard. The manager was concerned that the app wasn’t displaying data as expected. But, that was not the answer to the callout. In fact, the application improved the task assignment process so much that no tasks were left to be assigned for that day. The team manager’s response to our findings, “I thought this kind of process improvement was impossible.” In a matter of days, the application we built attained “impossible” results for our client.
